Most of our vehicles come with 6 months warranty included, via AutoProtect. The warranty is valid for sales within the UK only, and can be redeemed at any VAT-registered garage in the event of a claim – the vehicle does not need to come back to us. A synopsis of what’s covered can be found below:
Sometimes it’s more convenient for clients to part exchange their current vehicle with us. We can do this, with valuations based on your car’s current trade value. Please note that, by law, if there is any outstanding finance on your current vehicle it must be settled in full at or before point of sale.
All vehicles for part exchange are checked against the Experian database.
We reserve the right to refuse to take a vehicle in part exchange.
Please note we will not take into stock any UK-registered vehicle where a full and current V5c registration document is not available. If it’s ‘lost in the post’ or ‘I’m just waiting for DVLA to issue a new one’ then please sort it out before you offer it to us. This also applies to cherished number transfers – if you want to keep the registration number currently on your car, please sort it out with DVLA beforehand so that when the car comes to us, it has it’s proper number plates fitted and a new V5c to match.
