motodrome are pleased to offer this gorgeous looking, high spec 2012 Land Rover Defender 90 XS 2.2 TDCi Station Wagon, with Alive Tuning remap, resplendent in the sought-after Aintree Green micatallic with Anthracite half-leather trim.
SPECIFICATION ETC
Standard XS station wagon factory spec includes Air Conditioning, cold climate pack including heated seats and screen, half leather trim, fully trimmed interior, ABS and traction control, electric windows, remote alarmed central locking with immobiliser, and full length sidesteps.
It’s also been upgraded to fast road spec with a Quantum 148bhp remap, 1in lower Bilstein suspension and steering damper, and 18in alloys shod with a matching set of 5 285/50r18 Falken Wildpeak A/T tyres.
Externally it’s also upgraded with dark tinted rear windows, KBX front grille, light surrounds, and wing vents, dirt defender front and rear wheelarch fairings, LED side and rear lights and front steering guard.
Internally it’s largely standard save for an uprated stereo with DAB function, replacement door pulls, plus it’s also been fully dynamat soundproofed so is somewhat quieter than standard in the cabin.
Also fitted with mudflaps all round, rear step, and towpack. Refreshingly, there’s no chequerplate rash.
MILEAGE, HISTORY ETC
Previously supplied by ourselves, this one has a warranted mileage of just under 75000 miles. History includes well-stamped original service book, service printout, and a selection of bills. Highlights include new clutch kit in October 2021 at 73000 miles, new discs and pads all round within the last 2 years/15000 miles, and new boost pipes in 2020.
Last serviced in October 2021 at 73000 miles, so we will be servicing it again before sale, and it’s recently emerged from our workshop having had the EGR valve and glowplugs replaced, plus new Bilstein rear shock absorbers
It will come with a fresh 12M MOT on sale, and 6 months warranty.
Being a factory 2.2 TDCi version, it nips along very quickly with slightly better than usual punch from the Turbodiesel motor due to the remap.
An absolutely stunning-looking Defender with an excellent specification, that drives just that little bit sharper than standard due to the fast road spec.
