motodrome are pleased to offer this really nice restored 1987/D Land Rover 90 V8 County Station Wagon.
This is an increasingly-rare original V8 County Station Wagon not a conversion from a van, and it’s just emerged from a very good restoration by a known name in Land Rover circles. Special attention has been paid to keeping it or returning it to pretty much as it left the factory in 1987.
Being a County Station Wagon 6 seater, , it has the usual County package including power steering, sunroof, alpine lights, full headlining, cloth seat trim, centre cubbybox, full carpeting (in the correct brown), tinted glass, colour coded wheelarch eyebrows and ‘Rostyle’ wheels and side/rear steps. Also fitted with rear seat belts and rear mudflaps
The only deviations from standard are uprated headlights, alloy gear and transfer box knobs and centre dash panel, the cubby box top should really be in matching cloth, and the footwell and load area carpets have been replaced with rubber matting. And lastly the spare wheel mount has been deleted from the new rear door.
Odometer reading 79000 miles.
It comes with MOT to January 2022 (no advisories) and 6 months warranty on sale.
It drives utterly superbly, and is, in my opinion, as close an experience you’ll get to having been the first owner in 1987. A good V8 transforms a 90 into a lovely machine. .
