Military-spec wise retains it’s correct front bumper (with NATO towhook) , two-piece bulkhead, twin fuel tanks, narrow stubaxles, bonnet mounted spare wheel, rear bumperettes and crossmember, and correct split tailgate with pioneer tools.
Also fitted with a matching set of 5 near-new BF Goodrich tyres
Inside, it has 3 military spec seats in the front (all with belts) and twin rear bench seats, and Smiths flat heater, which works and does blow hot. It also comes with an indoor cover.
Odometer reading 84000 miles
I’ve owned and driven many Lightweights over the years, and this is probably the nicest, most sorted ones I’ve had, with the galvanised chassis being a real bonus. It’s full of character, and on test run on arrival it performed superbly. I’d even venture that it may be in better shape now than when it was first built…
